Earlier I was using AG COMPACT model for several years.I purchased AG Total RO Protec+ against buy back offer from Eureka Forbes Limited at 252 A,Sant Nagar,East of Kailash, New Delhi-110065 (Receipt No.301 / 021758 dt.3/5/10)..The machine cost was Rs.13500/- & I paid Rs. 12000/- under buy back. Some fault developed in the machine the complaint was lodged at helpline no.39883333 (complaint no. 0058832918 dt. 22/07/2010) the complaint was attended after some days & so many reminders, I found that some clamp used to keep inner parts in position was left out by the technician due to un professional handling , however the R O water purifier machine is not in working condition since 21/08/2010 till now.The complaints were lodged at the helpline no.39883333 as per details given below:

The complaints were also mailed at e- mail ID:customercareofficer@eurekaforbes.com on15/10/2010 & again on18/10/2010 but nobody attended to the service complaints, and I had to purchase one 20 lit. can of Bislery water to meet daily need of my family apart from mental torture due to non working of the RO Water Purifier.
I also sent Regd. letters dated 20/10/2010,4/11/2010, 7/01/2011 and 20/01/2011 but to no action on part of Eureka Forbes Ltd..I feel sorry to say that such attitude towards customers is unbecoming of the reputation of brand Eureka Forbes.Now I have decided not to keep this machine any more & I have requested the company to take back the faulty RO purifier and refund my money ( Rs. 13500/-). The company is not responding.
