Complaint Details
We have installed AquaGuard Total INFINITI water purifier on 28th of Jan 2011. After installation on the same day we have observed water leakage issues. We had contacted the same person who was involved in the sell (mentioned above) and waited for couple of days but no service was provided. Hence we had registered complaint, no. 84279214 on around 4th of Feb. After that we had followed up with Eureka Forbes Nagpur Service center several times, all in vein. Our issue of water leakage is still unresolved with no service. This is the worse experience we have got as Eureka Forbes has forgot the customer just after the installation and the very first service request is not responded.
