I have a forbes Designa Model Water Purifier which has been under AMC since after the warranty period.I had lodged a complaint regarding the water flow button on saturday.But after several reminders no service person has visited my place.My Eurohelpline complaint no.is 0061182963.My customer no. 1006002516.I would like to add that I believe the damage caused to the water flow button has been done by the service person who had attented earlier.
