i got my purifier AMC done on july2010.got one service done in nov.2010 and today that is on 17th.feb2011 called them for cleaning.when the technician opened my purifier i came to know that candle was local and not sealed.i contacted customer care and they HARRASED me for more then two hours by keeping my phone on hold or by giving me different numbers.WHEN I CONTACTED MR.JOSHI(HEAD OF NOIDA BRANCH)he told me that i have to wait for two to three days as he is out of station and he needs proof to take any action.then he said that who will answer for RS.305 if i get the candle changed.later on i paid rs.305 and got my candle changed MYSELF (inspite of amc and genine complaint)
ALL I CAN SAY IS THAT I AM VERY UPSET AS A CUSTOMER I DONT TRUST THESE PEOPLE ANY MORE.
VERY VERY BAD SERVICE.
