Complaint Details
I have Launched complaint number of times with the customer service representative and the office at Hauz Khas, however, the last complaint was made in first week of February,2011 probably 8th Feb,Req#84305669, informed the company representative to call before visit but no one called or visited. As per the Company policy they solve the request within 24 hrs, but the request was not addressed till 120 hrs. On the visit on 12th feb, 2011 the service representative from the COMPANY informed me that the some Davactar Bal as mentioned on the bill is not the company's original and the connection pipe that is used is for an RO machine and not for Aquaguard machine, he cannot change it until he confirms with the company. This was causing the leakage in the pipe and valve and has damaged the walls near it and has developed fungus on it. This has caused a lot of mental Agony, time Loss and physical damages, hampering my family’s health. I have a 7 mths baby and is hampering her health as well. Moreover, he told me that I would be charged some amount to change it irrespective of the fact that I have paid Rs 1000 for the annual maintenance contract. I wish to sue the company and want them to reimburse for all.
