Complaint Details
I hereby submit formal complaint that M/S EUREKA FORBES, Kolkata have no "Complaints Redressal" mechanism and the hapless customers are left to the mercy of Regional franchisees.

I am one of such customers. I own one water purifier (Nova) of this company. I have ANNUAL MEINTENANCE CONTRACT vide Contract receipt no. 10 - 18074945 dt.17.12.2010. The purifier is out of order. I submitted complaint on their local no. 0172 5091144 on 17.12.2011 vide complaint no. 90 and inspite of repeated calls the company has not send the mechanic to repair the fault
