I bought EUREKA FORBES- AQUASURE CRYSTAL water purifier on 15 Sep 2010.
Same became non-functional from 8.2.11. made complaint no. 0061152740 on 8.2.11. Though 14 days are over, they have not repaired or replaced the machine. suffering for lack of filtered water. buying from outside at extra cost. inefficient customer service.
