Complaint Details
As detailed in the attached letter to the builders on 18th January 2009, there is an overall dissatisfaction with the quality of the construction of the flat handed over to us. Apart from this there is a specific complaint about the fact that the Geyser and "jet spray" in the bathrooms have been supplied one short, and the builder is blatantly unwilling to honour the agreement despite a long follow-up.
