Dear Sir,


I would like to bring to your kind attention that I had purchased a vacuum Cleaner from your door to door sales agent of Eureka Forbes in Muzaffar Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, INDIA. The details of the purchase are as under –

I would like to your attention certain issues / Promises that are being made by your agent during sales and are not fulfilled till now where as almost 2.5 months has passed away.
1. As promised he was supposed to deliver a carry bag as a promotional gift after demonstration of the product to one of the person that we had recommended to your company.
2. He has stated that if you purchase the vacuum cleaner in this week only than we will provide you a steel case of the vacuum cleaner that will prevent the product from damage as well as sketch marks during operation.
After the sale was made by your representative I tried to get in touch with him to solve the two issues mentioned above, he didn’t provide me any information and tried to avoid the call mostly. At present most of the time his mobile is either out of range or switched off and even if turned on he didn’t pick the call.
So I would request you to please look into the matter and solve the issue at the soonest.
