Complaint Details
We have bought an Aqua Gaurd Gold Nova, from the Jodhpur office on August 2009. The product was working fine initially, on February 2011 the product fall down automatically. After the same the case was reported and then the product was not replaced on customers cost that too on 21/Feb/2011 after a lot of follow up. The arrogant attitude of the manager is not tolerable. The Company should not sell products with flaws.
