Complaint Details
I have called the customer care persons around 4 to 5 times regarding pipe change of my water filter it is just a pipe change but I should call them this many times. This is not the first time this is happening it happened several times with eureka forbes water purifier service people. The service persons who came to my house previously are behaving rashly, I have also complained about the rash behavior and they are not coming on time. I have given a service request 2 weeks back but till now nobody turned up. Please do the needful.
