I have installed Z-7 PIR Automatic Alarm System at my residence on 30-10-2010. Apparently Motion sensor alarm came on 31-01-2011 at around 17.30 Hrs. I was informed as well as my other neighbors. I rushed back home and apparently every thing was OK except it was a faulty Motion Sensor alarm, On registering complaint immediately service mechanic came only on 03-02-2011 and took the unit. I have information since. I contacted you office at Sanjaynagar many times and I was cut off all the time without furnishing any information. Subsequently I spoke with Mr. Shariff who I was told is the Service Manager three times. All the time he promised to revert back to me but did not. I was told once by him that the mechanic who visited me on leave and he will come as soon as he returns. Now it is twenty days since and I am not sure when it will be attended. I am totally disappointed over service response that too in warranty period. I want a proper response with definite information when it will be attended with genuine apology for delay and assurance that it will not happen again to restore my faith in your company.
