My name is Mohammed Faiz, Chennai, Tamilnadu.I am using two separate Reliance broadband lines 353697092693 and 364109824941, one is metro and another is Adsl. Metro line stopped working since May 30th 2014 registered with complaint nos.CNM10001295552 / 220953449 / 221312006. These Reliance local technical cheats keeps on closing the complaints till now.
My second line 364109824941 stopped working from 6th June 2014 registered with complaints nos CNM10001309678 / 9th june 221264430 / 10th June 221295618 / 2212306026 / 221311340.Even today morning after waiting for more than 30 minutes, i got line to customer care and they again said the issue has been cleared and the complaint has been closed. The Local technical team keeps on closing the complaint without even contacting me. Even now they are not responding. Yesterday alone I had registered three complaints, because they keep on closing the complaints , here is the complaint nos . 221295618 / 221306026 / 221311340.I just came from Head office at Hadows Road Chennai, the idiots at the office says the complaint cannot be resolved and they are planning to vacate the DLC box.So how come you are assuring to resolve my issue?
