Complaint Details
I purchased two aquaguard reviva total water purifer from the company office at mukherji nagar, delhi through their sales executive Mr.Kundan Singh on March 01,2010 and at the time of purchase I was promised by this executive that during one year waranty period I shall get filters changed free of cost on my both machines but now when I approached them to meet the promise company is refusing to meet the promise.
