hi all,
I am using idea post-paid services from last 4year
And i use to go with advances rental plan
this year same i was renew my this plan APR PSB CUG 749-12M on 08-MAY-2014 which is for advances pay plan of hole year and 749 amount also deducted on my account. Next day (09-MAY-2014) some other plan activated PMB ECONOMY1.1 which charge plan every moth 100rs tragic after 15days another plan activated PMB CUG ECONOMY1.1 which charge 57rs every moth, so now my bill is 157rs every month, so where is my advances plan benefit. How chip there are first they take advances of whole year then activated like this unwanted tariff plan and charge again.
If i am not get justices for same I go further for same
