sathyanagar was suppose to give me the possession of my rowhouse by may latest may 2013 from d prior commitments of before. there has been a ceaseless delay n i m always told a syupid reason. wen asked for penalty as per agreement to be paid to me by d builders, the ceo flatly refuses to pay.
