Dear Sir,
I have handed over my Micromax Funbook P410 Table for replacing touchpanel since it was broken.I have approached customer care on 19/04/14 and given table for replacing the same , still i have not received the table. They are just saying no spare parts available it will take 20 days. i have crossed 60days from today still they have not done the work.
kindly help me out to resolve this issue.
