Hi,
I have placed the order for drilling machine for my personal use, which was quoted as price of 2530, Snapdeal confirm the order and promised

me delivery in 4-7 days, earlier they have promised me dispatched date of 9th Apr which was revised to 12 th Apr, I had a word with costumer

care as well as there supervisor regarding product delivery on 13 th Jun. After having discussion with Supervisor i came to know that they

are cancelling my order because price is revised, but they have confirmed my order with old price later which was cancelled due to same

reason, they have stock with them and its price 3350.

I feel this not ethical that if someone confirmed order with promised value which was later cancelled due to price revised, i dont think its

my mistake. I am expecting same product wit same price else i will go to consumer forum for such unethical business.
