I purchased "Titan Men Black Dial Watch" worth Rs. 1895/- from myntra.com on 01-Dec-2012. The watch came with warranty card mentioning warranty of 2 years from the date of purchase.
Now, since last two months, my watch leather belt pasting has opened. Opening up the pasting near a hook part, without any cut in the belt rest where, is definitely a quality issue for this watch. And with the same hope I visited Ahmednagar Titan Showroom, requesting the manager of showroom named Mr. Vivek Vannam. However, Manager did not entertain me and mentioning belt comes with warranty of only 6 months. He also mentioned that the watch is purchase on-line and not from his shop so he cant help specifically mentioning if it was purchased from his shop he might have given some solution. I reminded him that I visited his shop just because of Titan Showroom name. I showed him the warranty card which company has given me along with my watch, in which no where it is mentioned the Leather belt terms and conditions. But Manager rudely replied he cant do any thing.
Under such circumstances, I request, National Consumer Helpline to help me in getting my watch repaired. Because I have the warranty card and bill. Please help me in getting my right.
I also request Titan to ask there dealers/ showroom owners to give same treatment to all customers irrespective of place from where they purchase the product which will truly reflect All India Warranty meaning.
