Complaint Details
We had booked a Ladakh tour with make my trip.The delhi to leh flight could not land to Leh due to bad weather & returned back to Delhi.Even after contacting to their person so many times no one came to delhi airport to attend us.Go air has given us next day morning ticket. MMT did not make any staying & food arrangement on that day eventhough we had paid for all 8 days tour.We had to pay from our own pocket. When asked for the refund after coming back to mumbai,there is no response from them.
