We purchased a Whirlpool fridge ( model FP283D Royal) from Kapila Electronics Dwarka ( invoice number DL0514023421) which was delivered on 29th May 2014. On same day the person came for installation from service centre ( Magic Technologies, Dwarka) and marked it as damaged after inspection. On following up with company they replaced the fridge. However even the replaced fridge given to us was damaged. It had broken cooling pipes and there was no cooling in the fridge. We have following up with them for over 10 days now without any replacement or refund given to us.
