On the 21st of May I made a payment iao Rs.505.00 as the full and final settlement to discontinue the internet service as I was disappointed with them. But the bank account shows that two payments were deducted by Tikona. The bank states that they require an email from tikona stating that only one payment was deducted. On the 29th of may I sent an email to Tikona in this regards and subsequently sent 4 reminders, but they have chosen not to respond to my queries despite the fact the I have sent along a screenshot of the bank account showing the double deduction. Kindly advise on how to resolve the issue.
