Hi,
I had purchased Vacuum Cleaner Wet & Dry model from sales person Vikas C (CSS Code - 9064507) under promotional offer of Lifetime free warranty.

My product is not functioning from March 2014. I have registered a complain but no one contact me for any support, after few follow-ups I get contacted by their technician who told me that the product is not in warranty and it will be chargeable.

I tried again to contact eureka forbes, but I am not getting any reply from them.

Aso, If the product was sold under lifetime warranty that why I am getting charged.

Please Help.
