Complaint Details
There has been an unauthorized use of my debit card details on 30 May 2014 to make online purchases at various website like Amazon, Flipkart, ebay, Snapdeal, etc. I notified all these online sellers on 30 May itself and asked them to cancel all order placd by my debit card. While Amazon and Flipkart took immediate action and cancelled those purchases are will refund my money. Snapdeal did not bother to reply me till so many days. 12 days after this they are telling me that the products have been delivered and they are giving me the contact details of the person who ordered. I had already given these details to snapdeal on 30 May as Amazon had provided them to me. Their timely action could have saved me from some damage but they have no explanation for why they did not act in time. If Amazon ann Flipkart could take immediate action there is no reason why Snapdeal could not do the same.
