I had taken consumer durable loan (loan acct # 1806809) which I foreclosed on 26/05/2014 by cheque (HDFC bank cheque # 590333 for amount of Rs.20215.29 as per foreclosure statement). Further, I had requested to foreclose the loan by contacting your customer care on 4/06/2014. I had been told that the same will be done within 10 days. However it is been more than 15 days now and I have not received NOC. I contacted customer care several times and every time I received the same reply that the same will be done in 2-3 days.

Please note that my home loan disbursement is stuck because of this NOC.

Also, despite of the payment of the foreclosure amount, EMI for the month of June has been deducted.
