We Purchased 10 years Linux Hosting package on 21-Sep-2012, our hosting package will be expired on 21-Sep-2022.

In this last 2 years they are frequently changed their Control Panel Login ID & Password, whenever they changed our website is not works 1 to 2 months continuously.

Since 1st week of January, 2014 there was a downtime started our websites, I thought is could be technical issue.

When I contact them on June, 2014 regarding this problem, they said that there were control panel upgradation happened in Month of January, 2014 and as I have not upgraded that time, so I need to pay RS 3370/- extra to continue my hosting package.

After many phone calls received by them, finally the invoice amount is reduced to Rs2800/-. I am not requesting any migrations to them, we perfect with their existing control panel. Then we don’t know why should pay the charges for their migrations.

They are simply creating unwanted due invoices, and if the invoice is not paid by us then they simply blocked our login’s.

Finally searching about this company in internet, there is many consumers cheated by this company telling many reasons and raising unwanted due invoices.

We herewith attached few supporting documents for your kind reference.

I discussed with few consumers, they also experienced the same issue with this company (MANASHOSTING).

So, Kindly use your good office and do the needful in-order to get back our money.
