Complaint Details
We had applied for for some credit sanction during Home Loan Utsav in 2006. Since they took inordinate delay in sanctionig the required loan despite all securities and original intact documents, we had to make alternate arrangements to complete the construction of our house so that we could perform House Inauguration Ceremony on 02-10-2006. Thus we refused to go further with our loan formalities without completing all the formalities and rejected to loan sanction and asked them to return all the original documents. But we were asked to certain foreclosure amount for getting our original documents. We contested that we had no alternative to complete construction on our own resources and also we had not completed all the formalities and also we have not drawn any amount and thus asked to waive the foreclosure amount. The Asst. Gen. Mang asked for a request application which we gave immediately for consideration. Despite meeting him for several times we have not heard anything instead our original property documents are held without any communication whatsoever for the last four years and more.
We request early return of of our original documents immediately.
