Sir,

I have purchased Aquaguard Total Reviva Model, S. No. D-10 6104696 dated 23/01/2011. Receipt 641 No. 032822. I have paid Rs. 9990/- Cheque No. 003080 drawn on Union Bank of India, Bhopal. Model was delivered on dated 24/01/2011. Aquaguard installed on 30/01/2011. I have not received bill till date from Mumbai office, yet time of purchased your representative Mr. Sanjay Mahore told me, Bill will receive from Mumbai office with in 15 days but there is no bill from your side till date & after the installation he will come for demo & TDS Test but still not came. I have already done many Phone calls to Mr. Sanjay Mahore but he is careless and ignores the all the request.
