Complaint Details
I have purchased Aquaguard Total Reviva on 19/02/2011 and the device was installed on the same day, the service person instructed me to drain two tanks of water and then use, however once the tank was full the device started leaking. I have informed regarding the same several times to the sales person Maria Joseph and the service person Mano, all they said is that they are on the way and will come and rectify the fault in 1 to 2 hours time, no one came. After calling again and again they refused to answer the call. I contacted Eureka Forbes customer care on 39883333 on Wednesday and informed them either to rectify the fault or take the device back and return the money, they sent a person by name Abdhul who checked the device and said that it’s a manufacturing defect with a controller inside the equipment and will replace the part. As the controller was not on stalk he sent another person (Rajasekar) on Saturday 26/02/2011 to replace the controller, the faulty part was replaced however the problem persist. On Sunday 27/02/2011, i have called the customer care and spoke with Karthik, to either give my money back or replace the entire unit, as the company is certified with ISO standards they have to replace the unit with regards to any manufacturing defect. I’m tired of calling again and again hence writing this complaint. Hope this will be rectified ASAP.
