Complaint Details
i have done payment of Rs 9990 on 20th feb2011 to sales executive (Mr Murali) from Eureka Forbes with his assurance to deliver and install the REVIVA product within 48 Hrs (Receipt number 053542). However after 8 days it is still not delivered. I have called various time to sales executive and customer support but there is no response from Eureka Forbes. I feel cheated with this behavior of their team.
