I Had written this Mail to Airtel but till now no resolution, only words are being exchanged

Hi Everyone,

I am writing this mail to show how much pain the customers here are facing beacuse of the negligence of the staffs of the Branded comapnay "Airtel".
The telecom sector is touching new heights every day , but the condition of consumers are becoming more and more pathetic beacuse of the behaviour of the officials.
Thanks to Number portability , now the consumers have the option to get what they are paying for. If it was in effect some years back and if it was applicable for Broadband connection ,i would have never been facing the mental tension i am facing today.

This mail is a result of the frustation and mental harrashment i have been facing last few months.
This is the series of events that happened
1) I took a broadband connection from Airtel , the number was 02240240763. (Biggest mistake i did)
2) Used that connection for more than a year and Half. (Paid all the charges before due date)
3) I changed my job and left mumbai for approx one year
4) My roommate was still there in mumbai ,but he also changed the flat.
5) He needed a broadband connection but after talking to airtel staffs , he came to know he can still use the same connection.
6) Earlier there were 3 people in my room sharing the same connection, but since all left only one was to use the connection , so he requested for a plan change.
7) Earlier it was 1099 plan but he wanted to change it to 499 a month and also at the changed address.(I can still file a case regarding why the copnnection which was on my name
was transferred to a new address and what proof airtel has for that transfer. Since i was not in Nagpur 2 months before the transfer to 6 months after the transfer).
8) After continuous talks with airtel the plan change didnot take place and the bill which was coming was as per the earlier tariff.
9) My friend stopped making the payment for the above reasons.
10) One day he got a call from Airtel indicating that he needs to make payment as per the new plan only and the matter would be closed.
11) He made a payment and still kept getting calls from irresponsible staffs of airtel as if all the staffs were never on the same page.
12) Made the complaint in the core (http://core.nic.in/). Its a online Grievance edressal System, got reply from Rakesh Ranga, Airtel Customer Service Team indicating the issue was resolved. What was the solution only he knows.

13) Put the complaint again in core indicating how the issue can be closed without giving any solution abd this time also the reply was sweet and simpe from same Mr. Rakesh as "Issue is Resolved". The two different complaint Ids were 20341/4/2010 and 18490/4/2010

14) Today (22nd Feb,2011) , i get a call from some advocate in delhi indicating he is going to put my case in Court.
15) I called the nodal officer and told all the scenario and i was promised a solution by EOD.
16) After that i am trying to contact the nodal officer and no response is there and also EOD is not very far.
A simple question from all the airtel personal , i know it does not make any difference to you people but then also Did i really made mistake in choosing Airtel from list of service providers available in the market.
Today i take a oath not to use any airtel services for me and also i wont let any of my family members or friends to use it, Thanks to number Portability.
Please go through all the emails attached with this mail to get a clear picture of the problem i am facing since last 1 year. And when i was just to forget this , i got the call from one advocate indicating that a case has been filed against me.

I will spend some more money and hire a lawyer to get it sorted but i will not pay what is not legal ,ethical and valid.

After this all if any one from Airtel wants to talk to me i can be reached at 9819917241 or 9320417241 (none of the numbers are airtel number) .

Now its 6 o'clock in the evening and i call it as EOD. I am not sure if airtel follows some other timezone.
