Complaint Details
I bought the new connection on 17th May 2014, and the following negatives happened:
1) They collected the documents after a month.
2) No engineer (Visit or Support both) was skillful enough to resolve the issue
3) I opted for 4 Mbps connection and never experienced over 1 Mbps
4) Tried to contact Appellate and they never contacted me
5) Opened over 10 complaints in a month with absolutely no resolution at all
