Complaint Details
I purchased a micromax phone micromax canvas elanza a93 from snapdeal.com and recieved it on 3/4/14.

The phone screen had manufacturing defect while phone began to restart
continuously on 18 April 2014 and phone was submitted the same day at service center. I was informed that restarting problem will be
resolved by evening and display will be changed in 2-3 days.

Service center closed my jobsheet without informing me on 24 april
2014. I came to know it through customer care executive on 28 April
2014. During this time they kept misguiding me that my phone is under
process and will take more than two months to repair my phone.

I sent a complaint for jobsheet no.N040790-0414-9215282 for 27 April 2014 by e-mail and was informed that my complaint has been forwarded to concerned department.

I registered a complaint by calling customer care and i was
informed that my phone no. will be my complaint number.
I was assured by customer care executive on 28 april 2014 that i will
get a satisfactory reply from service center in one week but no call
or SMS was sent to me by service center. Later i came to know that my complaint was never registered.

On 6 May 2014 call came from micromax again saying that my phone will
be repaired in 7-10 days.
The same day i was provided a new job sheet no. N040790-0514-9482033
which is 13 days after the closing of previous jobsheet. Same day i
had registered a complaint as they were not allowing me to keep both
jobsheets. The complaint no. 0mmx0505141724 was provided.

The display problem has been removed from new jobsheet without repairing it and without my consent.

He further informed me that it will take at least 20 days to repair my
phone while few minutes later service center people said that it will
take more than two months. They have been saying same thing for last
15 days. I was also informed that no complaint by me has ever been
registered ,only the details were forwarded.

On 24 may 2014 the end of time limit of 20 days as told by customer care i was informed that it will take more 7 days.
7 days later i called them and they said it will take another 10-15 days.

18 days later i called them and they say that it will take another 25 days. They say they cannot do anything for this.

I have been regularly mailing the company and each time they say that they are working on my case for immediate closure. They also say that phone can be replaced only within 7 days of purchase and there is no refund policy.

I also posted the complain on comany's facebook page and they asked me to mail the complaint, i mailed tham once again and got reply that someone will contact me soon but no action was taken.
