Hi Team, I want to bring into your notice that MTS has taken over my heads now. They are charging unnecessary charges even after I made the final payment of 1214 for which I have receipt. I confirmed with them on call that if I pay these charges then only the account will be cancelled. Now they are saying that we have to pay Jun month due amount before the account gets deactivated. Can someone call me on 9891135230 to get this addressed under right compliance and regulatory act.
