I recharged my mo.no. 9960498941 online through airtel android app. Balance deducted from my bank acc.but recharge not done. I also got an email from airtel saying that money will be refunded in 7 days but money not refunded yet. I did recharge on 6 june 2014. I have mini statement of my bank account and email from airtel. Money still not refunded
