Dear Sir,
I bought Apple I phone5 in Chennai, And i replaced the Phone in Mumbai because of Screen damage as i was working in Mumbai and they took 16000 INR to replace the phone, Right now i am in Dubai when i insert the Dubai Local Sim my phone got locked as i checked with apple i store in Dubai they said the replaced handset given to me is a London Locked Carrier set which gets automatically locked in Dubai to unlock that i have travel to India or London or i have to pay 750AED which in INR 12000 i am not getting any proper reply from Apple India from this, so i am here with requesting you Please do the needful and help me to solve this issue.
