Sir,
I bought my mobile phone Auxus Nuclea N1 with serial number N1203073903 from Amazon.in. The first priority in choosing this particular product was that the company claimed to have a service centre at Meenangadi, which is just 12 kilometres from my home.

From the time i have recieved my phone i have been experiencing the problem with charging. The default adapter i have recieved seems incompatible with my phone, it shows charging for a few seconds and then charging get cut. I have approached the support desk they at first send me with a new adapter but still the complaint persisted and then i had approached the service centre mentioned by the company in hteir site, when i reached there i had found the shop was shifted to a new location.finally i found the center and the people there have not even heard about such a company. They informed me even if they had the service they wont do it since the phone was bought online

Since then i have again aproached the company raising a complaint they asked me to send back the chargers, the company showed such irresponsiblity that they have not even intimated me at the reciept of the delivery.They send me back the chargers a few days later at the continued requst made by me to their support mail. Still no I am unable to charge my phone using my charger.

I am hesitant to send my phone back to the company even if they ask me anymore as they would even say it was recieved with damages.

If possible i wanted to get back my money back for which am ready to submit my phone back. Please ensure to take guard my rights as a customer
