Complaint Details
Vodafone providing very worst and pathetic service. They wrongly charged Rs. 1780 for internet usage on my vodafone no. 9555552825. I complaint many times but no solution even I provided email and conversion clip to vodafone as a proof that I was using unlimited pack. That mail I received from vodafone corporate care. Every one want 48 hour time to solve it but no responce after 48 hours.
They know very well that they wrongly charged but they don't want give waiver. Please provide waiver for my vodafone no. 9555552825.
