Complaint Details
I had purchased laptop from snapdeal and received it on 17th May, 2104 and due to fault in the product screen, I first made complaint on the same day for replacement of the product on 17th May, 2014.
Since they were not replacing my product and frustrated me for about whole month, I requested them to Refund my Money back on 9th June, 2014.
Now after my refund request they had took 11 days now but I have still not received my money back. I daily call them and ask about my refund but they always give useless reasons. I have also incurred lot of call charges for a month for calling snapdeal customer support daily and wasting my time.
I had purchased laptop for my Studies. But due to Snapdeal's third class customer service, I am using my friends laptop which is not proper for me and my friend. I had faced lot of study related problems and it had financially affected my career.
My money is blocked in snapdeal for a month and I am not financially strong enough to purchase another laptop till snapdeal gives my money back.
