Dear Sir,
Thanking you very much for sending me back again the faulty device as a replacement to earlier faulty device, which is not at all getting powering on even i have charge for 6hrs & try for reset button.

Agian i am furnishing the specification of sent device below.

Please note that i have reiterated earlier to you that after checking throughly then only you send the device but it is observed that you have not physically checked it and sent the device as a formality.please also note that this is really one kind of nuisance you are doing and giving undue trouble to the customer.

you may treat the matter most seriously and person connected for checking & sending shall to be ask for show cause letter due to them image of your company getting reduced.

This time you need to send me the perfect device urgenlty & take back the faulty one from my house as i am not going the waste my money in doing courier again & again.

Please resolve the associated problem urgently without taking much time as you took last time for sending the replacement of defective device.
