Complaint Details
I purchased a binocular from a seller registered in eBay. The item received was defective and promptly reported to seller and eBay. They requested the item to be returned at my own costs - which I did by choosing untracked postal services as it was cheaper. Now they claim that they wont refund since I do not have any proof of delivery. They never asked for proof of delivery when the item was claimed for refund.
