Dear Sir/Mam

I was subscribed to Tikona Wi-Bro service from Tikona Digital Networks
Pvt. Ltd. The service was in the name of Mr. Inderjeet Malik with Id
1108818098.
My broadband was having a lot of issues since the month of March and I
complained about it 'n' number of times with no resolution. I sent an
e-mail to the Tikona Appellate Authority and they sent an engineer to
my place. This was the 6th engineer visit to my place. Since there was
no resolution to my issues I requested them to disconnect the service
on 17 May 2014. I had already paid Rs. 5055 to them on 25 March 2014
for the subscription till 26 June 2014 according to the unlimited plan
which costs Rs. 1500+taxes. I specified to them while registering for
the termination of the service that I would take Rs. 1500 for the
billing cycle of 26 May 2014 to 26 June 2014. They took a long time to
process my request and forced me to continue with the unpredictable
and unstable internet connection.
I switched of my device on the night of 25 May 2014 so they have no
excuses to not return my money. Now they have refused to give any
money telling me that you are not eligible for any refunds. I refused
to give them their device if they don't give me my money. Now they are
telling me that a legal notice will reach your house if you are unable
to return the device. I don't want to get stuck in any legal trouble
and that is why I am writing this.
