DEMAND NOTICE TO CLUB MAHINDRA HOLIDAYS

Dear sir,
With reference to my various e-mails and tel calls and web access queries I have decided to discontinue relation with CM which is mainly due to lack of service quality and providing substandard services and misguiding members among many other grave concerns. I hereby request you to compensate me as mentioned below. You have this opportunity to settle with below compensation or otherwise the case will be refered to various goverment departments and compensation of higher amount will be claimed through consumer courts exiting in India.
- The quality of service is very bad
-The website malfunction is quite often and a permanent issues
-Malpractices by club mahindra
-CM making rules and regulations as they like to benefit their business at customer cost and pain
-The customer care services are extremely poor and member wastes lot of time
- The properties are not maintained to the expected standard
- Cheating customers by not providing promised holidays
- Selling membership without providing hidden informationm
-Lack of transparency
- Poor quality restaurant and services
- Out of proportion of no of members and no of units. This makes the vacation slots are never available most of the times.
- Unsafe conditions at various properties
- Frequent irritation by unwanted marketing and customer care calls
- HUNDREDS of other miscellaneous concerns
The compensation requested is
1. Full refund of the all money paid
2. Rs 25 Lacs for the time and effort spent in writing e-mails, follow up and tel calls and pain and mental stress to request recent holidays at Baiguney and Gangtok
3. Rs 98000 spent on the recent holidays where CM failed to provide accomodation.
4. Gross rs 50 lacs for all the pain, harassment , humiliation, mental stress and loss of valuable time, missing holidays, substandard services etc. since begining of membership.
The above compensation is requested as minimum. However it is open for discussion.
You are hereby requested to reply this demand notice within 5 days after which it will be refered to my advocate to take legal actions as per consumer court requirements. Pl note that the compensation claims thru court will be much higher.
Also note that no tel conversation will be entertained as all communication to be either by letters or by e-mails to resolve the matter with mutual agreement.
