Hi Team,
I have ordered a pendrive with order number 13092312 before a month on Infibeam, and the same is shipped with Overnite Express with tracking Number 7252604240.
The item got returned to origin as the pincode was not serviceable by overnite express.

Overnite express claims to have returned the consignment to infibeam on 5th of Jun.
Infibeam.com still plays foul that they have not received the item to their warehouse.

And are not processing the refund/reshipment of the product. Kindly resolve this issue ASAP.
