Complaint Details
I happened to visit PVR orion mall yesterday and in break had ordered for One Popcorn Pepsi combo and one filter Coffee, for which the attendant Mr.Madhu B.N asked me for Rs.310.00 , the same was paid . On coming back home I checked the bill copy where I was shocked to see that I was charged for one Nos. Lays of Rs.10 , which we did not buy. This is not the first time it has happened here, I live in Brigade Gateway, Bangalore and regular at Orion Mall PVR and this incident has happened before also. Also I was told about this by my friends, it too happened with them in past.

I am sure the attendant did that on purpose as he asked me Rs.10 additional to which I did not check at that moment and billed me for the same. Why is a brand like this practising such ill practises and not being fair and ethical in business.

I need a response on this with your action on it, if I don’t get revert in 2 days time I shall post this on Facebook and other social sites, also I shall raise this complaint to Customer complaint forums against your company.
