I am writing this mail to register my dis-satisfaction of my experience at Honda service center at Kapsons Engineers Pvt. Limited.
I have taken an extended warranty of 2 years under ref no. HCILDD076B2014160891 for vehicle bearing VIN MAKDD174ECN009651.
After I made the payment of Rs 6900 against purchase of Extended Warranty, I asked for receipt of payment against the purchase of extended warranty and Extended Warranty Registration Card.
To my surprise, I was told than no such receipts can be given against purchase of Extended Warranty and neither there is anything called Extended Warranty Registration Card. After repeated requests, instead the cashier just handed me a hand written receipt of Rs 6900 that does not seem to be a legal document.
As Honda Car India does not provide receipts for purchase of Extended Warranty, I sense that a big tax fraud is being underway. The same needs to be brought to the notice of Government of India.
