Dear,
I have bought A 23 Inch Samsung LED Monitor
Model No : LS23A300BS/XL
Serial No : ZSDGHMAB8005332
My Product is under warranty, 1 year warranty left,
this is had little power issue, i send the product to the nearest service centre on same day
they told me, they will get update in 1 week, after 1 week they said another 1 week
then they said , samsung don't have your part in the stock, you have to wait
now after 2 months, they are not giving any answer, they stop picking my calls, when i tried calling for another number, they picked and then after getting my details they hang up
so, i am requesting you, if you dont have my spare parts in stock, kindly refund my money
if this is happened under warranty product, then what will happen after warranty expired,
i have never seen any poor service, like this in my entire life
