Complaint Details
I registered a compliant with Unique Helpline (+912240050000/09323001234)for Washing machine repair on 21/Jun/2014 and they forwarded compliant to Universal Services. Rajat Soni (9860693018) form Universal services done inspection and quoted Rs.1800 for repair with 1 year warranty. I paid him money. but the very next day Machine again started showing same problem. I tried calling all the above numbers but no one is responding properly. The owner of company Ajmer is not even picking up calls. i also tried calling Unique helpline who actually sent universal services to me but their also i am not getting any proper resp just next day it will get resolved. I already called them more than 50 times, and feel like cheated from these two companies. and on top of that my mother has to do all work manually because machine is not working. Hence i am here filing compliant against these two companies for substandard services and mental harassment and willing to get all money back and appropriate penalty should be charged on these companies.
