I D.K.Gupta & 4 family members have deposited an amount of Rs5000/-each through 5 Demand Drafts dated 27.04.11 towards booking of flats+plots at Baddi & Kasauli, HP.vide S.No.4825/15307,50293/15330,53260/31930,58679/31931 & 12670/31969. We had submitted our Refund Request Letters of said amount on 19.09.2012 followed by 3 reminders but till date we have neither received any reply nor any refund from HIMUDA. When I enquired from HIMUDA,(Mrs.Anjori Kapoor XEN HIMUDA) referred it to C.E.O.who told me that it shall be done within 1 month and we are still awaiting the refunds. Will you pl.look into the matter & expedite the REFUND.
