Complaint Details
I am using Plan alive net CUG 375 3g combo plan in which I am getting 1GB 3G Data Free. However the same got exhausted within 15 days. So I contacted Customer Care regarding additional 1GB 3G data and the same got activated on 17 June 2014 charging me Rs.300 +service Tax.
But On Sunday midnight I received a message stating that “You have consumed 100% of the bill shield value on your airtel mobile. Speed will now be revised.” After this message my Speed has got reduced to 2G speed. I don’t know why this has happened?. This has severely affected my Official Works and reduced my performance.I have lodged various Complaints through Mails and Mobile Call (Ref No.56851718 and 56831791) but no resolution has been provided.
